He’s been tracked by Middlesbrough and now Jurgen Klopp has admitted that Sheyi Ojo is likely to leave Liverpool. Boro are keen on a loan move for Liverpool youngster after 21-year-old returns from Reds pre-season tours. He spent last season on loan with Fulham where he played 24 times in all competitions as they were promoted to the Premier League. Ojo has impressed the Reds boss in pre-season, but Klopp believes his game time would be limited if he stayed put. “Here it is a little bit difficult, especially for the offensive players,” Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com “Ojo played a fantastic pre-season, really good and confident technically, really strong, improved a lot in tactical things and his attitude was great. “For me, he is a no-brainer, to be honest, and I think that will happen. It makes sense for him to go on loan. That’s how it is for a few of the others. “Michael Edwards and his full department are working hard on that. At one point, August 9, we will make a decision and we have to work with the players we really want to have in the squad. That’s how it is for everyone.” Boro want to strengthen their attacking options with Patrick Bamford joining Leeds in a deal worth up to £10million.
