Fitbit has a new offering for Premium members to counter stress
Fitbit has partnered with The Chopra Foundation and Chopra Global to launch an exclusive wellness collection for the Fitbit Premium members. Called Deepak Chopra’s Mindful Method, the collection features audio and 10 video sessions led by Deepak Chopra on themes like mindfulness, sleep, stress management, mental wellness and the mind-body connection. Fitbit Premium costs Rs 99 per month while the annual charge is Rs 999. The company is giving a 90-day free trial to users who are new or returning to Premium. The new collection, Fitbit says, will help in better management of a user’s emotional wellbeing through practices like meditation and breathing exercises. Samsung had a new return policy for Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip 5G
Samsung fans here's some good news for you. The consumer electronics giant has announced that it is extending the return period for its newest foldable phones to 100 days. This means that now buyers of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G and Z Flip 5G purchase the smartphone and can use it for three months and then return it for a full refund. Samsung has named the new program 'Buy and Try' and this is the first time that Samsung has launched this return initiative. Earlier, the company offered the same service for the period of 15 days. In a statement the company said, "This new initiative will help consumers try and see if a foldable device is right for them, as part of Samsung’s commitment to making foldable devices more accessible for everyone." Microsoft’s new Office app now available on iPad
Microsoft has updated its unified Office mobile app to work on Apple’s iPad devices. The new Office app combines Word, Excel, and PowerPoint into a single application, and originally launched for iOS and Android back in 2019. Microsoft has been gradually improving it ever since, but it always ran in a windowed mode instead of a fully optimized iPad app. This new update means Office is now a full iPadOS app, with access to all of the regular tablet variants of Microsoft’s productivity suite. The app also bundles in some useful tools designed primarily for mobile tasks. These include the ability to quickly create PDFs or sign documents, converting images to text and tables, and more quick actions. Google is adding its password checkup feature to Android, making the mobile OS the latest company offering to give users an easy way to check if the passcodes they’re using have been compromised. Password Checkup works by checking credentials entered into apps against a list of billions of credentials compromised in the innumerable website breaches that have occurred in recent years. In the event there’s a match, users receive an alert, along with a prompt that can take them to Google’s password manager page , which offers a way to review the security of all saved credentials.
