DJ Steve Aoki and his Dim Mak record label and fashion brand have teamed up with Capcom on some cool Street Fighter -themed items: a limited edition countertop arcade cabinet, a clothing line, and even a remix of the theme song for Street Fighter icon Ryu. The countertop arcade cabinet, which you can see at the top of this post, will allow up to two players to play four different Capcom games together: Street Fighter II: World Warrior , Street Fighter II: Champion Edition , Super Street Fighter II Turbo , and Final Fight . The cabinet is made in partnership with Arcade1Up , and it’s the first two-player countertop cabinet the company has made. In addition to the slick art on the cabinet, each one is signed by Aoki. Pope Benedict XVI may have sent his first tweet last year from a Vatican Twitter account, but the pontiff is now gearing up to get his own personal handle. According to a Newsmax report, the Pope will start tweeting from a personal Twitter account by the end of the year. A Vatican official said he will be sharing opinions and Church news via the social networking platform. “It will be proper language, for example pointing to his weekly catechesis [teaching] or whatever he is doing on that day,” the source told Newsmax. “You’re probably not going to get any tweets saying ‘a great new pizzeria has just opened in my neighborhood.’” The Pope will most likely not write the tweets himself, but will have to sign off on them. The official said his tweets will be “fairly infrequent” and likely “not veer too far from his texts." Awards season in Hollywood begins Sunday, February 28th, with the 78th Golden Globe Awards, hosted by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The Golden Globes, usually considered a harbinger of who may take home awards at other shows like the Oscars, will look a bit different this year thanks to the coronavirus pandemic. The hosts and presenters will be in different locations in the US and around the world. Streaming services have finally come into their own at the Globes, with Netflix leading the pack of with 20 total nominations for its television shows; Hulu has six total nominations, Apple TV Plus has two, and Disney Plus has one. In the motion picture categories (the Globes honor films and TV shows), Netflix leads the way with 22 nominations.
