Lifestyle brand Michael Kors has launched its Gen 5E smartwatch with Wear OS in India. The Gen 5E smartwatches are designed for women. The Gen 5E retails at Rs 25,995 and is available in three colours: Gold, Rose Gold and Silver & Rose Gold. The smartwatch can be purchased from Amazon. The Gen 5E comes with stainless steel straps. It features a 1.19-inch 390 x 390 pixels AMOLED display inside a casing of 43mm. Some of the important features the Gen 5E comes with are Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, NFC, smartphone notifications, Google Assistant, etc. With Google’s Wear OS, the smartwatch can be paired with an Android smartphone or an iPhone. Many wore collars or other adornments, and they had been cared for through injury and old age, like today’s pets. But the last person to bury a beloved animal companion in this arid Egyptian land on the coast of the Red Sea did so nearly 2000 years ago. The site, located in the early Roman port of Berenice, was found a decade ago, but its purpose was mysterious. Now a detailed excavation has unearthed the burials of nearly 600 cats and dogs, along with the strongest evidence yet that these animals were treasured pets. Paramount Plus is the subscription streaming-video service set to replace CBS All Access , costing $10 a month ad-free when it launches Thursday in the US and 18 Latin American countries. Paramount Plus will include live news and sports as well as on-demand shows and movies, including originals -- all of which leaning into parent company ViacomCBS ' brands like CBS , MTV , BET , Comedy Central , Nickelodeon and Paramount Network, plus movies from the Paramount Pictures studio. FoodPanda believes there still are inroads to be made in the food delivery market, which potential remains largely untapped across Asia-Pacific. It hopes to do so not by building a "super app" like several of its contemporaries are doing, but by using technology to diversify services with "strategic" synergies. The Singapore-headquartered food delivery platform processes an average of seven to eight orders per customer per month, which can be considered high in the e-commerce realm. However, compare that to the multiple times individuals consume food each day, those figures are still low, according to FoodPanda's Asia-Pacific CEO Jakob Angele.
