We'll get a behind-the-scenes look at The Mandalorian 's second season on Friday, Dec. 25, with an hour-long special on Disney Plus . The Making of Season 2 documentary will examine all eight episodes and include interviews with the live-action Star Wars show's cast and crew, Disney said Wednesday. The special will come a week after the season 2 finale , which will hit the streaming service this Friday. The documentary will look at early concept art, storytelling decisions and the tech used to make the show, among other topics. Hopefully we'll get some insight into the decisions to bring Ahsoka Tano and Boba Fett into the show and how they crafted Baby Yoda's real name. Nothing can stop Lucious Lyon from ruling his empire. Not Cookie and especially not prison. Season 2 of the hit Fox series Empire begins three month after last season concluded and immediately we see Lucious wheeling and dealing his way behind bars. Despite some setbacks (like, uh, literally being in prison), the deliciously packed premiere was full of dramatic twists and turns that ended up working in his favor.
